If you knew me on AotM, you knew me as sbessg. After my June wedding, that's no longer accurate; my new handle is ucelluccia, rough Italian for "little bird." As stated, I'm a newlywed. The Husband is Jason, and he's a totally boss guy. As for the mixin', I'm the underachiever of our little group. Mixing, for me, is a way to 1) clear my head 2) give presents to the people I love 3) flesh out characters I'd like to write about. I do track-by-track mixes, not continuous ones, and they're often derivative and silly, like my musical taste. Feel free to point out just how not-hip my worship of the unholy trinity of Dolly, ABBA, and Green Day; I accept any and all criticism with a sardonic grin. Bubblegum pop, overwrought 90s alternative, and country-and-western all dominate my iTunes, although I have some of the requisite indie darlings on there, too. Long story short? I'm the least cool kid on this site, and proud of it.
